Learn how your plan may work in Korea
Coverage depends on your exact plan and the treatment. Some plans let the clinic bill the insurer directly; with others you pay and are reimbursed. An insurer listed here is not verified coverage or a partnership — we check your plan with you.

Questions.
What do you do with my details?
We keep what you type in the form: your name, how to reach you, your insurer and area, and what care you need. We use it to reply and to help you book, nothing else. We don't ask for your member number or medical records until you book, and you can ask us to delete everything at help@bridgecare.example.
What does it cost me?
Nothing from BridgeCare: there's no fee for patients. Clinics pay us a share of what the insurer pays. At the clinic you pay your share under your plan, and we show you that amount before you book.
What if your insurer declines the claim?
We read the reason and, if the clinic can add a document that answers it (often a doctor's note), we ask for it and file again. If the insurer still won't pay, the amount becomes your share. We tell you the exact figure and why before asking you to pay anything.
Will my plan definitely cover it?
Not every visit is covered, and plans differ even within one insurer. That's why we check your plan's rules for the care you need before you book, and tell you plainly if something isn't covered.
Is this a real service?
This site is a product demo. Clinics, amounts and the people in it are fictional, and nobody will contact you if you send the form. Insurer names only show which plans the service is designed for; there is no affiliation with them.
