Coverage depends on your exact plan and the treatment. We check your plan for the care you need, explain whether the clinic can bill Cigna directly or you'll be reimbursed, and help with the claim.

Two ways Cigna may pay.
We check which applies before you book.

Cigna plans are set per employer group: Samsung's Cigna and GCF's Cigna pay differently. We look up your group's rules before you book.

Direct billing

You pay your share at the desk

For larger bills, usually about USD 200 and up, at clinics that bill Cigna directly. You pay your share at the desk and Cigna pays the rest through us.

Pay & claim

You pay, we claim, you're paid back

For smaller visits Cigna usually doesn't bill directly. You pay the clinic, we file the claim with every document, and Cigna pays you back.

Clinics for Cigna members.

Clinics below see Cigna Global members. Billing shows what usually applies; we confirm it for your plan.

0 clinics shown

We are signing our first clinics that take Cigna Global around Gangnam, Guui and Songdo. Tell us where you are in the form below and we'll suggest the nearest one.

    How it works.

    1. Step 1

      Tell us what you need

Two minutes in the form below: your insurer, your area and the care you need. No member number yet.

    2. Step 2

We check your plan, then book

Within 4 hours we reply with what your plan covers, a clinic that fits, and your expected share before anything is booked.

    3. Step 3

      Visit and pay your share

The clinic sends us the bill, diagnosis and record. We file with Cigna Global, which usually pays in about 14 days.

    Get in touch.

Tell us how we can help, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    • We only ask what we need to reply. No member number, no medical history.
    • Your details are used to help you book, not for marketing.
    • Prefer to talk? WhatsApp +82 10-5181-7964.

Email or phone: one is enough.

    How should we reply?

Group plans differ. This helps us find your rules.

A few words is plenty, like “cleaning for two kids, Saturdays”. No medical records needed.

Your details go only to the BridgeCare care team, who reply in person.

    Questions.

What do you do with my details?

We keep what you type in the form: your name, how to reach you, your insurer and area, and what care you need. We use it to reply and to help you book, nothing else. We don't ask for your member number or medical records until you book, and you can ask us to delete everything at help@bridgecare.example.

    What does it cost me?

Nothing from BridgeCare: there's no fee for patients. Clinics pay us a share of what the insurer pays. At the clinic you pay your share under your plan, and we show you that amount before you book.

What if Cigna Global declines the claim?

We read the reason and, if the clinic can add a document that answers it (often a doctor's note), we ask for it and file again. If the insurer still won't pay, the amount becomes your share. We tell you the exact figure and why before asking you to pay anything.

Will my plan definitely cover it?

Not every visit is covered, and plans differ even within one insurer. That's why we check your plan's rules for the care you need before you book, and tell you plainly if something isn't covered.

    Is this a real service?

This site is a product demo. Clinics, amounts and the people in it are fictional, and nobody will contact you if you send the form. Insurer names only show which plans the service is designed for; there is no affiliation with them.
